How to Activate Two-step Verification

To help you secure your True Link account, we offer two-step verification that can be managed within your account profile. When you activate two-step verification in settings, you will give your account an extra layer of security by requiring the entry of a one-time verification code (sent to either the mobile number or email address associated with your account), in addition to your account password, when you log in.

  1. Log in to the True Link website, and navigate to the Profile section of your account.


2.  Add your mobile phone number if you have not already done so:


3. Once your mobile phone number is added to Your account, click on the “Activate” button as shown below:

4. A pop-up window will appear. Choose your preferred verification method, then click “Continue.” 


5. Check your messages to find your verification code. Enter the code in the pop-up window and click continue. If you do not receive your code, please wait at least one minute before clicking the “Resend code.” button.

6. If you would ever like to turn off this security feature, simply click the “Deactivate” button and enter your verification code.
